All shirts are always premium quality guaranteed. Another important reminder, despite the countdowns on each page the apparel is always available (except the Purple Shirt which will be taken off the store after the Sweden LAN). The way it works is that every 3 days or so it will collect all orders and print/ship them at the same time. The countdown will then reset and it will begin collecting orders again and so on.

Once again unable to field our full ESEA roster at this event, we’ve instead brought together talents from North America’s top ESEA-Invite teams froyotech, Ascent, SVIFT and Velocity to round out the Sweden LAN roster. With everyone playing their best roles, and committed to winning, it turns out the “super team” hype might be true after all. Astute eyes will notice that the team is built around a core from the current S26 ESEA roster (b4nny, habib, arekk) as well as a 2 ex-froyo members (paddie, garbuglio), so there is plenty of developed chemistry already in place. All that being considered, we felt that donning the froyotech name would be appropriate despite it being a one-off roster. Still, we have all intentions of living up to the name and going for the gold at SweLAN. But whatever happens, we are just excited to bring an international presence to yet another TF2 LAN. We hope it’s not the last!

Fundraising
We are looking to raise $1000 for to help cover the team’s expenses for this LAN. We’ve managed to cut costs as much as possible, bringing the team’s total expenses to about $4000. We are also exploring some sponsorship options.

Please show me one place where I or someone from the TF2 dev team stated something big was going to happen today. If you make assumptions and create unrealistic expectations in your head based on non-credible sources or vague laguage, you will be disappointed often and should blame no one but yourself. In today's blog post they were honest about the progress of the update, and have promised it will not only be one of the biggest in the game's history but will be coming very soon. You aren't being ignored, you're the one ignoring what's right in front of your face.

I've never once claimed to know when the update would come out. In fact, I publicly declared that I would not bother pointlessly predicting the release date and will wait patiently like everyone else. I'll gladly give a $1000 reward to anyone who can prove that I claimed the update would come out today.

We have ended the fundraiser today and will no longer be accepting contributions. We received $1233 in cash and sold $532 in merch for a total of $1765. You could mitigate some of the pain of long stalemates by reducing the round timer. While it would produce more urgency to push on advantages, it simultaneously eases the ability to turtle so it's tricky. You'd definitely have more round resets, which means more midfights, which might be worth it compared to how things are now tbh. I would love for Valve to add that as an option so we could experiment with it. In my eyes, the only way to currently truly eliminate stalemates is to run KOTH maps only, though they are shallower tactically than 5CP unfortunately.
