There's your problem, your attitude is keeping you down. You can show marked improvement and dig yourself outta this hole by reviewing your own demos, comparing them to top players, taking notes on what you do right and what you do wrong, etc.
There also lies the fact that you're overthinking everything, and letting anxiety dominate your mindset. TF2 is also about mentality, so I'd recommend doing some meditation and other mental exercises before hopping into a game.

QuantumBlazerI modified FlawHUD to make it look like collyhud in some ways. I changed a lot of things and honestly, I can't remember everything I changed. I did change the health and ammo font, the 3d player viewmodel (Bottom Left), the map loading screen to show stats(so I can slowly die on the inside seeing how many hours I have spent T_T) , the main menu bg, and i think that's it for the most part. See, this is a major issue. A PTSD-inflicted individual who's shown strong-enough symptoms to have police called
A) Shouldn't be carrying a firearm in a public place and
B) Should've received extensive mental care.
This is a major reason why mass shootings occur; individuals who should be receiving mental care are granted access to firearms. For example, Madden shooter David Katz had 26 police visits to his house in a span of 13 years (some of which were unreasonable calls by Katz), yet still managed to legally purchase a 9mm and a .45 (source)
TL;DR We're far too lax on allowing mentally ill individuals to obtain/purchase firearms.
