My axis of both eyes are tilted from birth. Needed spects since 2. Now the difference is 40 degrees :(. Cant see shit, if i open both my eyes. Can see clearly with only 1 eye
Some times you can get a shot off when the opponent just spawns, but that happens like twice in 10 rounds. That is annoying but there is nothing wrong if you shoot the opponent when he is at the ground. Most likely he spends too much time rjing. There is nothing wrong if you attack him after you take the height advantage from him. Do that or shitty gunboat soldiers will get the better of you. IMO if you play in spire or granary mid, everythings fair, while gullywash mid, badlands mid etc are biased to the jumper. At higher levels that becomes prevalent.
Valve isnt even touch with comp csgo with that awp nerf, i doubt they would even know this site exists. Except a select few ofc
Knd win, pls dont let b4nnys team become dominant here too
blueeJack_FrostThrew that together in a few hours.I'm gonna be blunt and say this is obvious, with spelling mistakes, unfinished pages, and horrendous performance on the photography page.
It was pretty good IMO
So during school elections the head boy was promising shit like swimming pool on terrace and daily games period and shit, as a joke i promised a kindle to every student. Juniors didnt get the joke. I got elected. I spent the rest of the year fiercely arguing against teachers, and fiercely arguing against and students. Inevitably they alll ran a vote to bring me down from headboy position. I was the first ever to be impeached. Luckily the next two headboys were also impeached shortly. Easily the dumbest thing i ever did.
RawrSpoonblazeitOne more year to go to college, i want to be a physicist. Physics really interests me. Does anyone here know what it is to be a physicist?
Oh fantastic! I'm currently in my last year of physics (though I'm doing another year to finish a math double major after this one) and going to grad school for physics, hopefully going all the way to Ph.D. It's perfect for me since I want to do teaching, but I understand it isn't for everyone.
First things, gotta master calculus. I mean MASTER it as much as you can, go more in depth than your class might require because if it becomes second nature to you, it makes everything far more manageable. It doesn't matter if you're not a "math person," work hard at it and make sure you have a grasp on it. I don't consider myself especially great at math, but I'm diligent and do lots of practice in my off time which leads me to have a very strong grasp on the math required. And never stop learning math. My physics program lacks a lot of math that I think is essential, so I constantly check out books at my school's library (textbooks are amazing resources) to improve my knowledge of math and science. Lots of Ivy League schools have lots of lectures online, be sure to use those to your advantage. Another valuable resource is the science subreddits, though the ones I found most helpful are /r/askscience, /r/physics, /r/askphysics, /r/math, and /r/askmath. PhysicsForums is also wonderful to nudge you in the right direction without giving away the solution to problems. And talk to your professors. A lot. Even if you don't need help with the lessons, challenge yourself. Give yourself harder problems. Don't be okay with "trust me on this one" when it comes to proofs, try and figure out WHERE equations come from. Follow their logic, and it'll be so much simpler to deal with when you have problems come up.
Second, figure out all your school's resources they have available. I absolutely LOVELOVELOVE ScienceDirect, helps a ton to find lots of research papers. Speaking of which, learn how to read research papers. They're incredibly interesting to read. Also, get some research done with a professor. Figure out what branch of physics you wanna dip your feet into, though it might take a while for you to figure it out. For a long time, I thought mine was general relativity but I'm far happier doing research in biophysics than I ever was with GR.
Most importantly, don't confine yourself to physics. Learn chemistry, biology, philosophy, etc. It's really easy to focus entirely on your major especially if you're incredibly passionate about it, but you might find that a related field might interest you far more.
Feel free to add me if you have any questions. I don't really like helping with homeworks but I'll definitely answer any questions you might have about the physics field.
Thanks. Yes, i will put more attention in calculus starting from now. I'm good in algebra and calculus based on my syllabus and grades. I watch a lot of MIT and KhanAcademy videos too. They are better than my teacher's lectures who is honestly not good. He confuses me more. I dont like chemistry, biology, too much to remember. I like organic which is slightly logical but inorganic is just a mess. Im sure im most interested in physics. Ill try reading research papers, i find them a bit tough to understand. Thanks man

Physics is by far the most interesting thing I have ever studied. As far as careers go, you pretty much can only really just go into research and become a professor. Although there are plenty of careers that make use of physics knowledge, but aren't strictly being a physicist (engineering, etc.)
Okie.
poopsharkblazeitOne more year to go to college, i want to be a physicist. Physics really interests me. Does anyone here know what it is to be a physicist?if you really want someone here to tell you about it maybe talk to stochast1c. if you can get in contact with a physics professor then that'd be even better
i personally think studying physics is amazing and i'll continue to do it until i feel differently but the chances that you'll remain in academia long enough to become an actual physicist is not very high. a physics student is more likely to make more money with a job outside of physics than staying in academia - the high paying bigshot positions in physics are awarded to the best of the best, of which there are very few.
You need to remain in academy for only 4 years right? Then whats the problem?

I graduated last year with a degree in electrical engineering with a focus in quantum physics and now work in an applied physics lab. If you love theorizing about modern physics by all means be a physics major but as others have said the job prospects are limited. Basically professors, researchers, etc. The path I took allowed me to learn a ton of physics in my undergrad while also learning more marketable engineering skills and getting a more marketable degree. Read into what electrical engineering actually is before you apply, because there is a misnomer that it is mostly doing circuits. I've never been interested in circuits so I took my required two courses four years ago and haven't touched one since. Instead I learned about much more interesting things that also fall under the umbrella of EE: wave theory, optics, control theory, quantum (debatable if quantum counts under ee, I took a few of my upper level electives from the physics department ayyyy)
Hopefully this is helpful. I'm always happy to talk to people going into physics/ee/ce
Cool. Even i dont like circuits much, though i havent been introduced to much beyond kirchoof's law

Knd will win. Lol,no one voted for jk
I feel like the subliminal reason of making these threads is wanting froyotechto die. Why not just say that. Dont beat around the bush
I think the bigger issue is LPKane and ESEA. That will kill TF2 . We need more threads on that.
Im calling it! Tf2 updates are bein done by some fucking retard who thinks mannpower mode is the next big thing. What the fuck, the whole point of airshots is lost. Soldier is a pretty useless class when everyone can grapple every fucking second. the grapple itself should be a powerup. Team coordination which was the reason i played tf2 is non existant. Balancing powerups is so pointless. No one cares when you can grapple around so freely. And also these powerups violate the basics of fps. So youre telling me that i am going to lose to some other guy just because he has a better powerup. What is this cod. Fair play and skill is what makes a good fps. Sure classes have counters and i should avoid those counters but if i come up against a class that im a counter to, i should be able to kill him regardless of his shitty powerup. Most of the time they dont do shit to even deserve that powerup. This is worser than nuking people with cod. Maybe i over exaggerated but for real, i would have preferred a new vsh map, or destroying robots thing to this. This is more like a hightower mod than an actual gamemode.
I dont believe you. But anyway the most dangerous situation i have been in is in a bike crash. When i was like 12 my kung fu teacher took me on a bike and managed to crash it. Apparently the road was uneven and wet or something. I fractured my leg. It healed now but that injury remained for like 2 months and i used to keep remembering about the crash. (My ear was restitched back).
