The mixup core has been together for so long, harbs a great player but they all know he's best suited for them as med. Platinum knows to compete with banny he has to demo. To keep them both and be able to win i52, they both have to play classes they don't want too which makes nick expendable.

It was pretty obvious if you could see the trend developing over the last few seasons. I thought nick played pretty solid this season though personally.
The issue isn't nick, it's Platinum knowing he has to demo and wanting to retain harb. So the easiest solution is putting harb back to medic and picking up tlr and seagull to soldier. That is probably the strongest team as well, especially if they could pickup an on point Ruwin to tag team with enigma. (i46 team)
Have any of you ever experienced firefox acting up sometimes? I like it personally much better than chrome or ie. However when I try to load certain websites it won't load properly, looks like raw html just very plain. I tried disabling all plugins and nothing. It used to happen if I changed the date on my computer I guess because of the security certificates but even with it at the right time it's coming up weird. Any ideas ? Please and thanks in advance.
Great job to both teams. Nice strategy used in all 3 games. Cyzer was playing extremely well as was Cozen/Grape. Was pretty closed between our #4 and their #1, it was just a for funs showmatch tho for hype. Even with the ping disadvantage 20b held it pretty tight which made it exciting.
Just finished the campaign. It got a little repetitive at times but it was overall a fun experience. It followed similar methods to GTA and Saints Row but it gave it a nice twist with government conspiracies and the computerized world we live in today. Open world was huge. Cars looked more realistic. The details were much better than GTA/Saints. Also it was more of a puzzle base as opposed to just destroying everything in sight. You don't kill pedestrians you actually save them meaning you're a good guy in a weird way. Evading police wasn't as easy as it is in other games due to the helicopters. As long as you made it underground/off road or in a parking garage under cover you were hard to find but due to the massive size of the world it wasn't so easy to get there. Also depends on what difficulty you're playing on. Overall story was 6 out of 10. Would've made more sense to have him married with kids and thats who he was avenging. It wasn't incredibly easy either in my opinion even on normal difficulty as opposed to Saints Row which was so much easier in comparison. It also wasn't too short which was nice. Obtaining the best weapons wasn't too difficult either even early on. The ending could've been better as well but it was definitely done purposely to setup for the sequel. That was very obvious. I don't agree with people saying the physics were bad I think they were good just maybe not what you had hoped. Some physics will always rub people the wrong way because it is a video game after all and not real life. It has to be playable and enjoyable. There's 0 aerial missions in the game. I didn't like how you couldn't customize the character much. All in all though it's definitely worth the buy in my opinion, the question is do you want it now and pay full price or wait for it to go on sale. The first few missions were a tad boring but once you get into it you don't want to stop until you see what happens next. Kind of like reading a good book. It might not've been as ground breaking as we had hoped but it's definitely going to be done better in the sequels which i'm pretty excited for. They did incorporate a lot of new cool ideas into the game. Hope this helps people torn in the middle of whether or not they want to try it.
Damn hackers. Whats spookier is that a lot of this "video game" could actually be realistic in todays society. Edward Snowden made light of that. The entire "one world government illuminati conspiracy" is what this game kind of reminds me of. Total control of the masses by the elite.
This is one video game I won't regret buying. I regret buying DayZ. I guess everyone's different.
I recently got a new computer and wasn't able to copy over my old pirated version of photoshop. Do any of you have a good version of PS that I could have? If I can do anything in return for the favor I will. Let me know or add me on steam. I don't torrent much and don't want to risk getting a virus after spending so much on a new rig. Thanks.
Nice vid alfunkso, first song was meh but the editing was A+. Second half was cool as hell.
SeymooMicah is a chill and down to earth person. I've been mentoring him for a couple of weeks now. He takes constructive criticism very well, and is always looking to improve. He has applied most of what I have told him to his gameplay and going over demos with him I can definitely see a huge improvement.
As Blink said previously, an upcoming high open/IM team should definitely consider giving Micah a tryout.
p.s. I was drinking and was too inebriated to realize your medi guns were named the opposite of what they actually were!
sbw
Had to do switch it around to keep the nerds at bay who go into spawn as spy to figure out which gun you're using in those situations.
it's all opportunistic though, if he's put in a situation with a good core of experienced guys who can mold him he has potential from what i saw playing with him. as far as comms and personality/team work synergy i don't know much about that. if he can listen and execute what he's being told he could get good real quick. not everyone has that coachability though. my 2 cents. worth a look at for an up and coming IM or high open team.
tony didnt actually play on teams though he'd just pug and learn, when he finally started with xensity he broke through and was arguably the best scout that season in IM. who knows how long micahs been snooping around studying gameplay for. btw mason are we still friends on steam?
botmodeRickif u dont have esea open playoff experience u cant be high open, in fact if you have 0 experience like u stated ur ugc bro no one is gonna pickup someone without experience in a league sorry
yeah but everyone not in im or invite is high open
Also Rick there's always exceptions. Exceptions such as the one and only, TonySwan. Shame he stopped playing. Literally went from pug nobody to IM superstar to invite in a span of 2 seasons.
Played with him in a tf2center, he's actually quite good. Not sure of his comms but mechanically he's IM. Also the person who mentioned him wanting heals isn't really making sense. Bad scouts don't come over for buffs. Good scouts do. He doesn't ask to be tanked he just wants to rotate his buffs which is what any good scout does. It was actually a pleasure to med for him in a tf2center seeing a scout with enough brains to know when to get buffs and play his role.
He needs to figure out if he wants to be a passive or aggressive scout at this point and then get his comms sorted. His dm is IM quality but dm will only get you so far. A low-mid IM team should definitely give him at least a shot to see what he's capable of. And as someone else mentioned Seymour was in the pug with us demoing. I think he was drunk though lol but if he's being mentored by him I don't see why he wouldn't continue improving. Good luck finding a team micah.
Thanks for pushing the match back a half hour for us, 'preciate it.
Who are the 12 teams competing?
it sucks that they released the game really unpolished especially in terms of organized competition. the game has a lot of potential in that regard. i guess being the first game of what will inevitably become a series of games they just wanted to establish a core group of fanboys.
our tf2 hard point players would wreck any other team in that game without question.
MR_SLINI play Medic. Please do my demo Ma3la!!

P.S. Quick question -- when your team does not have control of middle and it's even ubers, number advantage (i.e. 6v5) how important is it to buff your roamer before you push out? Please answer for with uber and without uber.
I didn't play in this scrim
