RadmanIt also reloads slower. May or may not make it balanced, but its definitely significant.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but to get 151 damage with a charge shot, a medic has to be touching the soldier to get the full ramp up. Why are we discussing weapons in the context of special ed players? This is a competitive forum.

triplemintI don't see the point of the new map schedule. It seems kinda confusing and pointless (why couldn't they keep it at 8 weeks?)
The season is always 9 weeks due to scheduling issues... There's no way to make 9 work with an odd number.
