blinKMarvel Contest of Champions for sure, has character ranking, you collect characters from xmen universe, and also it's a street fighter 2 type of game fighting wise. Always getting updated. And it's free!
Contest of Champions is a clone of Summoner's War with a completely un-nuanced and slow fighting game built in.
It's probably more fun than Summoner's War, but if you're looking for a decent mobile fighting game, get Injustice instead. If you just want to collect Marvel characters, Avengers Alliance, Future Fight, and War of Heroes are all probably better games.
