Deep I haven't played a pug with you in a long time but from what I've heard you're the one not being a team player and going for market gardner frags to post on your YouTube channel. Even in Tf2mix pretty much everybody is trying to play as a team. Sure, the coordination isn't the best and there's going to be times where your scouts forgot to cap mid but for the most part people are playing together. I know that I personally will do whatever it takes to help my team out, whether it's farming cap points, building uber, sucking it up and going heavy, or sacrificing myself onto the point.

From what I've noticed, once one person starts being silly in a pug everyone else joins in unless the first person quits fucking around within a couple minutes. Deep, I wouldn't be surprised if you're the guy thats always the first one to pull out the folding spade that crits while airborne in pugs.

You're right about pugs not being as good for practice as scrims but they're definitely not horrible.

When I first read this I thought you were saying that I'm dumb and incapable of understanding when to push hahaha. thank you Marxist, I really like how you broke down the different styles of pushing. I've never really tried the mihalys flow one so maybe I'll try that out tonight 8)

Thanks blueberry for the tip about only going with the combo when asked. I pretty much always push in through choke with or behind the combo even though I'm usually not being asked to so there's something I can fix immediately.

One of the problems I've been having forever is timing my pushes with the team as scout. I feel like I always come in too soon or too late. What situations should I push in immediately with the combo? What should I do if it's an off uber push? Thank you for the nerd essays I'm hoping you'll write for me <3

About a year and a half ago I decided to go into a trade server and stomp it to feed my ego. To my surprise, I came across a player that was just as good as I was. We basically turned the trade server into our own MGE arena. We spent about half an hour furiously trying to click on each other to prove who is better. As we fought, not only did our skills grow, but so did our bond. I then added him on steam because anybody that likes to make baddies feel bad has to be a pretty awesome person. Silkthread is now one of my BFFs on steam and someone that I can enjoy playing with in any situation.

Silkthread has very good aim and puts out a fuckton of damage in every game he plays. I've never played a game with him where he has done poorly in the DPM department. Not only is this guy good, he is consistently good, which is something I'm honestly a little jealous of <3

I'm terrible at making judgments about people's gamesense unless its a UGC iron medic that tries to backcap mid while the opposing team is pushing his own last, but his understanding of the game is similar to the majority of high open players.

WARNING : He has a bad case of cappointaphobia. Make sure his scout partner loves to farm capture points because the idea of standing on an upside down metal plate for a few seconds to get 2 points terrifies him.

anybody know how bhopping works with the escape plan? If you're at >40 HP you will be going 96% of the scout's speed, so if you bunnyhop you should be able to go at least a little past the speed of a scout right?
