UGC bans picking up dropped mediguns

Queyhcmeso does this mean you can't pcik up ANY weapons? I understand the medigun thing, but i was really looking forward to picking up other peoples weapons off the groundOnly medi-guns are affected. Picking up any other weapon is fair play.
dosen't the command to stop mediguns from dropping also prevent the other weapons for dropping?

Does this also mean all servers need sourcemod installed?
This also raises the quesiton if this command should be used or not because it will affect other aspects of the game depending on if the server owner decides to turn off weapon drops
