sourcemod is usually fixed a few hours after the update and admins are just really slow to update their servers, download the newest 1.4 snapshot from the sm site and replace your bin, extensions, and gamedata folders with the new ones and it'll be good 2 go

MR_SLINNot_MatlockI've never played a surf map. It's always impressive to watch this stuff, but I never found them as interesting as jump maps just because it's isn't a practical skill that you can use in normal games like rocket jumping is.
are you sure?
he's mostly correct, the tight strafing that surf maps necessitate isn't even possible in real game scenarios because the air accel isn't high enough, and the ability to look perfectly parallel to a surface isn't exactly useful for clicking on people.
