He does this because he can see the teams before hand with faceit helper and dosnt ready up if the teams isnt in his favour. but i wouldn't really say thats something you should get banned over.

A tf2 Christmas ladder.

rocketslayjust add a basic rep feature, for example you can type !rep to bring up a votemenu with options like afk, griefing, excessive offclassing, idk, requiring 4 votes to kick people (otherwise you could queue with someone else and do whatever you want and never get kicked). the other team should get their elo/points but your team should lose less elo/points because it's really hard to win 5v6, same if someone abandons the match
if you are new to the game then you will be more then likely to get repped out of the game. this happens all the time on tf2center.

vaniWhat about the pyro rework? Where is the performance optimization? Absolutely no interesting game changes / balance changes, you still cant queue with more than 6 in casual / join a friends (or a friends groups) game and matchmaking is still a joke.
How can anyone remotely like or respect this update. They spent resources fixing cosmetics, PASS time and pd_watergate ffs. I was looking forward to the dev team somewhat redeeming themselves but this is hot garbage.

Eu faceit > Na faceit. there is always games going on faceit. Like recently we had 4 games going on at the same time and on average we have like 30 people queued up in the late afternoon. . its just disappointing that Na is getting more attention (tournament wise) then eu even though the eu que is usually a lot more active then na.
