I average 350 ping to Atlanta servers and I live in Georgia. I think that's a pretty good way to force yourself to stop playing the game. Have bad internet.

focus in really deep on every little detail about the game that pisses you off and let stupid shittalk get to you. top it off with years of built up bitterness towards valve over multiple games and voila!
