faggetteam sided spawns will often result in one team spamming choke instead of a midfight
Not really
Random is getting sandwiched and u cant even do anything to play against that but on team sided if their spamming choke just take a different route like in badlands valley or house

go onto steam ,then to your games ,then to tf2, then right click then click on properties, and then in the advanced start up type "-novid" that might fix your issue . I dont know for sure though

I had the same problem when i built my computer first but here are some things which could help
1) Disconnect your computer from the power source then press the on button for about 10 seconds if u have a window on your case check if CPU fan twitches.
2) Reconnect all your wires to your motherboard. ( to check for loose connections )
3) Disconnect your computer from the power source for 6+ hours and then connect it back and turn your computer on immediately
Okay those are the things which i did which temporary fixed my pc But Step 1 for me stopped working after a while and Step 3 you will have to do that every time you turn off your pc for more than 4 minutes . So either keep it on for ever ( thats what i did for like a week ) or disconnect it from power overnight and then turn it on during the day ( this is what i ended up doing )
But if step 3 temporarily fixes your pc then the problem is with with your motherboard - ( this is a permanent fix for it and it worked for me )
