UPDATE 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO

Dark Brown transmission fluid is never a good thing considering it's supposed to look bright red / cherry. With the initial diagnosis this morning, repairs are estimated at $~2000 USD + 4 days. Papa Sitter will be en route within the next few hours, obtaining a single axle to tow it back and then we'll figure out what to do with the car later once everyone is home. Since I've already missed checkout and will miss late-checkout by the time he gets here I already have another night here at the Hampton and we'll either leave late tonight or most likely tomorrow morning. Stress levels are easing off.

Out of the kindness of his heart, Numbers has just driven 3 hours ON A SCHOOL NIGHT to pick up Spyromancer. He didnt even want money for gas, but I was insistent. The two are currently en route for the train station in Pittsburgh.

I'm here at the Hampton in Bedford until at least tomorrow when the mechanic will give me information about what is wrong with the car. I offered the other hotel bed to Numbers on his way back but he seems determined to make it to class on time tomorrow. If you're reading this, please stop and focus on the road instead. Good luck and godspeed, don't succumb to fatigue.

Spyromancer just needs a ride to Pittsburgh, there's public transit available to get him home from there. He's a laptop gamer so just a single seat for the lad is enough, it's just under 2 hours from Bedford please help if you can
