It's located in HudAccountPanel.res file, listed as "AccountValueShadow"
Just change the wide/tall values to 0

Find the "Background" section, up near the top, and remove any text next to the "image" line, making sure to keep the " marks

The ring crosshair should be called thin circle or thick circle
