Kond3PI couldn't find the "create server" button. I use it to create a private server for practice. I could just use "map tr_walkwayrc2" etc. but it would be nice to have it there.
You can also put 'map cp_badlands' in your autoexec

emkaySYOPS pugs. People can throw a bit from time to time (but who doesn't, its a pug?), but overall the crowd is of good skill and personality.
Only thing that throws new people off is that they have a rule on full time sniping. So if that's your thing, people will get mad at you if you try to do that.
Also watch out for the 'say the wrong thing in chat and be friends with someone who ran sniper to second get permabanned rule.' Gets me every time
