BumFreezeis that a railgun that you can rj with and does splash damage which splashes through walls that you can fire every 0.1 secs?
It's like the railgun, but you charge it to do more damage, and it has knockback when you shoot it that you can use to "rocket jump". It can also penetrate and ricochet off of walls, but it doesn't splash.
I personally just do a jump map, MGE a buddy, or hop into a DM server a couple of times a week for like an hour max to try and at least keep some muscle memory. Only if I'm really feeling it, though. Literally just like everyone else said, even if you don't play for a while, you're still going to maintain a lot of your mechanical ability.
Also, at least for me, I've found the best way to prevent getting super burnt out half-way through a season is to just not play at all until you have to. Like, if you scrim at 9:30, get on around 8:00 - 8:30 and warm up, play scrims, and then close the game. Only time I launch the game outside of that time is if I want to look over a demo or if I really want to play a pub or a jump map or a pug or something. Playing way too much is a great way to stop enjoying the game, and I found that limiting my playtime made me actually look forward to scrims and shit instead of dreading it.
If you try stuff like this and still find yourself not wanting to play, I'd recommend taking a break and focusing on some other shit. If you actively dread playing the game, forcing yourself to play is just gonna make it worse, and it's going to affect your gameplay and make people not want to play with you.

I'm not sure what your specific computer specs are, what program you're using, or the specific problems you're having, but if you're still interested in editing this and potentially other projects in the future there are a few things that can be done to help alleviate some of the burden on your PC when you're editing stuff.
If you want, add me on Steam and I can try and help out if possible, cause I know it sucks when you're really motivated to do a project of some sort and you can't because of shit out of your control.
