RD /S /Q folderPath
Completely removes a directory and all it's contents
Then you need to use
MD folderPath
to remake the folder. None of this is tested but it should be something along the lines of
RD /S /Q "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\cfg"
MD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\cfg"
RD /S /Q "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\custom"
MD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\custom"
Obviously directories need to be adjusted
Edit: You could also do a variable called system path and take it on the command line
WaldoI should note, if you want the best theoretical basis for programming (i.e. if you want to really know what you're doing), I would suggest getting an eval board for a small MCU and learning on that. Having direct access to hardware makes a world of difference when it comes to understanding how everything works at a low level (which can be pretty useful for optimization at a higher level). However, if your interest is mostly in making high-level applications, there's no need.
Probably worth at least learning the basics of loops and such before spending money on that

BeaterPart of a series of team videos I made for i55 to be used on stream. They ended up not being used due to technical difficulties, but you still get to see all of them anyway. Hurray!
iamRootif you're only going to learn one language, javascript is the best.
This is extremely objectivesubjective. I'd personally disagree and say Python is the best, and I'm sure you could find people who would argue for almost any language.
This might piss people off but whenever I get mad at TF2 I just remember that the game is basically dead and there's no reason to care how well I do at it. Doesn't really stop me from getting mad at other games, but it works pretty well in TF2. I used to get really fucking mad at this game and once I took this new point of view I became a much calmer person.
Seems unlikely that they would switch over your account and just not give you a way to log into it. You probably set up a Yahoo thing and just forgot about it because shutting out any users who didn't have a Yahoo login before they switched would be a major issue which I doubt they wouldn't notice
codeacademy.com is pretty decent
Once you do it you can basically make anything you want with just a little googling and reading
Language doesn't really matter much, but you probably want to pick something fairly high level and object oriented (eg C++, C#, Java, Python). Most of the concepts you learn will apply to most languages.

dollarlayer If you can prove you were in mumble or tried to join or whatever and there were issues, sometimes people post on the TF2C forums and an admin can remove the ban.
Not in my experience. They basically just told me to fuck off the few times I actually asked about it. One time I was even still in the Mumble with my team talking and they wouldn't remove the ban.
It tells you the # on the page and also the URL has the lobby #
I think if somebody does do something community funded it's important to accept keys in some way because there are a lot of people without a credit card or disposable income of any kind that have a key or two lying around that would like to support the community

Wrong section (an admin can move it for you probably, don't need to double post)
You should specify what level you are playing and any experience you have, and if you are wanting to play UGC make sure to post on the UGC forums
