synchrocl_detaildist/fade should be more than 1 - they specify a distance, not a true/false value. You could try making them something like 1000.
That didn't work either >.<

Changing mat_disable_fancy_blending to 0 and turning cl_detaildist and cl_detailfade to 1 didn't change much that I could see. I even tried maxing out all of the settings ingame but still there was no 3d grass D:
I'm led to believe it's one of the other settings in the fps config. Thanks for all the help so far ^^
If it helps at all, it looks like Tyrone had an fps config and that luscious grass during this stream: http://www.twitch.tv/tyreeze/b/336667650
It is on 1 right now. I'll experiment around with it tomorrow. It's super late right now. Thanks a ton for the reply :D
So I play with Chris' DX9 frames fps config and I was wondering what specific commands in the config or ingame I would have to change to get 3D grass (like on Granary last or on Snakewater mid). Grass that pops out of the ground just looks so incredibly sexy.

All help is appreciated ^^
botmodeit's written in rgb so the first value (a 0 in this case) is the red, the next number is the green, and the 3rd number is the blue. (I'm actually not sure what the last number is so if someone can tell me that would be neat-o).
The fourth 0-255 value is transparency. A value of 1 is hardly visible whereas a value of 255 is completely opaque.
sillenterIm looking for this one:
