Yeah, I just got so many great ideas once I started relaXing at home. I think we should handle seating as thus: No one can pick seats right away, teams registered before Mid-February get guaranteed group seating, at that point all remaining seats marked as "TF2" in the system will be allocated a block from which they can pick their particular seats. This will dramatically help single players form teams at the LAN and help us know where teams are located, as well as team names etc.
Lets get some feedback on where to hold a west coast lan. Please +/- the following 4 posts appropriately. If it comes to piggybacking on the back of a pre-eXisting LAN such as the Sacramento LANFest, we need to consider mass pre-purchasing a group block.

Its unfortunate there isn't more time, but this is an issue that's plagued every LAN. Every single LAN we've had in TF2 we've wanted to see more than what was played. The GXL schedule is a little tight, for both CEVO and I'm sure Fragile's schedule for the community LAN, but it's the best we can do in the circumstances.

Always love seeing buffs to my boy Elder Titan, though they're pretty small and I doubt I'll ever pick up an Aghs on him. Some cool changes though, definitely looking forward to seeing how teams and pubbers approach em.
