This is some weird issue with Lawena's base hud since an update or two ago - it's a pain to fix, apparently.
Here is a fixed hud that was created by Kermit that Beater and I use in the TFTV highlights.

I used to no-life this game for a long time, and I got burnt out recently.

While he is indeed a medic in Invite, I think you wanted to say something more specific. ;)
