Understand when its a good time to quit. Play only when you truly want to play.
Nice alias on the guy in that #2 clip. ;)
whenever I die, I ALWAYS hit y to open the chat, and then instantly hit escape to close it
the habit came from when I was younger and shittalked people in CS :o
I work at a LAN center in California that has 55 PCs downstairs and a huge upstairs - hotels are down the block, and its in the heart of the downtown. Want me to inquire to my bosses about hosting an event?
oblaThank you so much for compiling this! mega.nz might be worth uploading to if you have time, as files stay there for ages.
No problem - with the way the LAN played out from my perspective, it only made sense to go the full distance with the STVs/ticks. :)

Arie! Thank you so much for mirroring this on fakkel! It's actually an honor to be hosted on that site - I'm now standing next to the Andy BoneS Experience archives :O. (Also shoutout to you for being so helpful in slack - I forgot to mention you in the text doc! D:)
Gemmellnesshe means a documentary/fragumentary akin to the i49 one by cube and bones
This isn't a spoiler, but I don't intend on making a full-on movie like the monumental i49 one. My movie will be more similar to the DHS movie I recently made. Still going to try my hardest on it, though!
rhKIs anyone at tf.tv planning on making a i58 frag vid?
meIn the mean time, keep your eyes peeled for a "surprise" from me in the coming weeks. ;)
Hey all,
Throughout i58 weekend, I have been compiling the STV demos from all the matches on stream - or any others I can find.
Inside I've included Twitch Clips and ticks of any hype moments caught on stream.
You can download the STV + ticks pack from these sites:
Mirror hosted by Ash_ (Thanks for the direct mirror!)
Mirror hosted by Arie_ (on fakkelbrigade) (shoutouts to you, Arie!)
If mediafire or dropbox take down the file, or you wish to have a mirror of it somewhere else, please post in the thread, and I will upload it.
Some notes:
-I stayed up for an unhealthy amount of time finding all the best moments - and I'm still awaiting the POVs of any/all players and their best moments that were caught on stream. If there are any moments I have missed that are present in these STVs, please post them in this thread!
-While finding all the ticks, I took the time to record everything - if you record at 720p (like I did), all clips present in this pack total up to roughly 330GB. Expect 1080p to be roughly ~450GB, although that's just an estimate.
-Shoutouts to Tato who posted all the demos.tf links in another thread - this helped me double check all my work and catch any demos i had lost for some reason - you're the man! :)
If there are any mistakes in matches/teams/map names, let me know and I will reupload the pack.
In the mean time, keep your eyes peeled for a "surprise" from me in the coming weeks. ;)

Similar to omni, I'm honestly really thankful to be able to contribute to the production of i58, even if it's a small capacity.
Making the introduction video and bumper was a great opportunity to up my editing game since DHS, and it was a really amazing feeling being able to work with the production team and the players themselves; they were readily supportive and adaptable to what my goal was. To create content for the TF2 community as a whole, and to promote the best TF2 teams in the world. And I couldn't have done it without the offer from dashner and the support of the rest of the gang.
So thank you to the analysts, casters, observers and the many others involved to create one of most emotionally fueled i-series event to date. It's truly an honor to be a part of it.
To whatever our futures may hold, I will always cherish i58 in my heart.
Here is a mirror for the i58 bumper video. Figured it didn't deserve it's own thread, so I might as well bump my own.
Enjoy!
