vanillaunfmy mumble overlay doesnt work, anyone else?
Mine is fine. My guess is you have to enable it in the overlay whitelist in the mumble settings. Since the location of hl2.exe changed (from steamapps/username/teamfortress 2 to steamapps/common/teamfortress 2) you have to re-enable it.
I'd done this back when it was posted, but when I went to join newbie mixes earlier tonight I couldn't get mumble to register my voice, and I checked everything else that could have been a variable.
edit: disregard, I figured out that my problem wasn't mumble related

it was set to 2, what should i change it to?
Ideally you fiddle with it until your interp is 15.2 ms but having it at 100 ms seems like something else is screwed up
are you running chris' configs? make sure you're on the good net setting and not the bad one, I regularly end up with 50+ ms interp when I use the bad connection settings
