use broesel's installer, lets you configure that and a lot more in the hud
otherwise, open clientscheme.res and edit the color value of damage numbers

its either broesel with the default health cross or the default hud w/o a bg/class icon and broesels ammo.
Whats the labeltext in hudlayout.res? I'm pretty sure if you set it to "i" it should be thicker.
maybe tf_dingaling_volume is set to 0?
you have to change "team1_player_base_offset_x" and "team2_player_base_offset_x". tweak this until you can see everything on your screen
they're either in your class cfg files (scout.cfg, soldier.cfg, etc.) or most likely in crosshairswitcher/settings.cfg
GeknaiirIt's a hud crosshair. Also, you would have to use it for primary, secondary, and melee as scout.

hud_obj_disp.res, hud_obj_sentrygun.res, etc.
You can move all of them by changing the xpos of BuildingStatus_Engineer in hudlayout.res
in your scout cfg file
i think the default values are tf_dingaling_pitchmindmg 100 tf_dingaling_pitchmaxdmg 100
if you're using a custom hud, try uninstalling it and playing
I can usually cancel it when its higher than 20% and play tf2
