id make a tf2 mate config. it has a neat feature where if you were to bind mouse2 to crouch in your soldier config, when you change classes it would rebind mouse2 to +attack2

I'd get an i5 2500k and any old video card if you're only going to play tf2.
Otherwise a 560 ti is a great card (Have one myself). It can play most newer games at high to max settings.
