people blaming him for 100 hours per 2 weeks, but as russian, i can say, it's hard to get a job, if you're younger than 18 y.o.( SDB is 17 y.o.). Even harder to find a decently paid job (more than 150$ p/m at least. 150$ is a very small amount of money in Moscow). On the other side, it's better to get some money by yourself than wait till someone will donate to you.

dot_i had this, removed cleantf2 and it went away. Not sure if that's coincidence or if you even have cleantf2 installed, but that's how i fixed it.

Hey! After the new update my TF2 worked fine, but yesterday i got a problem
I know, guy have the same problem as me (http://www.teamfortress.tv/thread/26646/graphics-problem-in-dx80-after-gun-mettle-update), but verifying game cache and changing dxlevel gave no results. I even tried to play with -dxlevel 90. It solved my problem for a while but now i have the same result.
As i said, i've tried to change dxlevel, verifying game cache and also updated video card's driver. No result.
In case, if that's help, my videocard is AMD HD 7800. I'm on WIN7, 64 bit.
Sorry for my grammatical mistakes!
EDIT: also, i'm using RadeonPro, but disabling it didn't help.
