Awesome, cheers. :)
I check the scoreboard a lot, so I guess povs don't record that.

gfantomSo there's no way to get transparent viewmodels on all servers w/o a skin?
You can use OpenPlugin, which works on sv_pure servers, but isn't allowed by ESEA.

Medic, div6, gullywash. My roamer (not usually this guy) complains he doesn't get healed quick enough. We make some goofy pushes where soldiers disappear because they aren't regulars.

Stv of my div6 team dmm in a scrim with a more experienced team on Snakewater. I think naivety cost us here but we're getting better at American pushes. Any general or specific advice most welcome.
Question: if our demo insists on roaming and our scouts keep suiciding, should we have a scout play with the combo?
Hi. I made this group to fill a niche: friendlier than tf2lobby, less skilled than Colony's mixes. Everyone is welcome.
How is that even possible? That makes the entire league meaningless.
Hey, nice redesign, this site just keeps getting better. Can we have options for darker forum skins? My eyes don't cope well with this much contrast.
Cool.
It seems to me that the stage when a newbie mix group becomes self-sustaining without constant supervision is exactly when you need to put in loads more effort to move people on to the next level.
I believe it should be possible to get tf2 from the Orange Box and then manually apply updates until you get a version that plays demos. I'm am currently engaged in this horrible process, will report back.
They would need to add a lot of value. They would be lucky to break even.
"it sounds like all you want is an stv. lol."
I want an stv with Lange or bl4nk or someone directing and talking about the interesting bits. tf.tv are presenting tf2 like it needs to be hyped up. It's the wrong strategy.
Lange, it's okay to miss action. It's not okay to describe action that the viewers can't see.
Another point, tf.tv really need to lose the VTV idea of having a separate cameraman. It's shit. No one wants casters talking about action we can't see. Just have one or two experts calmly revealing the strategies unfolding. Preferably one so they don't succumb to the urge to 'present'. Lange streaming LG v mix^ on Process last season was another great and sadly rare example of a caster actually adding something. Mostly just shut the fuck up, let the action tell the story, and explain the interesting bits.
I guarantee you'll do better if you focus on quality information rather than appearing slick.
