i don't think you should aim to have a specific style at all in mge/dm. that's counter productive to improving
dying more often than killing is expected because you're always just going to be shot in the back or 2v1'd or something like that. its apart of it. all that's important in dm is that you hit your shots the k/d doesn't matter at all.

bad mid is equal, but both can play in ways that make their class better than the other. scout is more powerful on viaduct and soldier is more on ammomod.
i think a lot of soldiers overestimate how powerful scout is in mge because of how strong it is outside of mge and just use that as an excuse for losing regardless of map
it should at least run out after they die if you want to go down that route, or be something meaningless like 5 damage after they die
i think it should be a bit lower than what is in that vid, because its riddiculous, but this idea of more mobility in the air i think is a great way to put scout and soldier on an equal footing. maybe it should be 150. could you imagine airshotting this? it would be insanely difficult. not only this, but with the nerfed stickies this is just another nerf to demo.
we should aim to make every gun 100% accurate whilst not being overpowered. i think this ambassador change is unnecessary because its not overpowered. most of the time i'm impressed when i die to it because you've got to have really good aim to be able to consistently do that, which is kind of the only 'skill' based thing the spy has. if this change goes through, i don't think i'll play spy again because this was the only thing i found enjoyable.
what got me interested in the competitive scene from pubbing was that there wasn't any engineers on every point. its both the least fun class to play against and, unless you're sigafoo or something, the least fun to play. i don't think it should be made more viable
