I got the Etymotic ER4XR and they sound nice and block like 90% of the sound but 10% is still there which is ok for studying but not the best option. I was thinking of getting something like what they were using on the big insomnia stages so they couldnt hear the casters

i think they have earphones underneath the headsets (that block sound) and thats the setup im trying to replicate here
