usually get around 250 - 500ish fps in tf2, can play most other games with fairly good settings without a problem. i play WoW with a little lower than medium graphics and i always get around 300 in that game.

it's an unconventional idea, though it is interesting and it would potentially fix some problems 5cp has. it would also add something new to the game and make it enjoyable to watch/play again and possibly slightly change the meta. i doubt anyone would ever actually do something like this, though it would definitely be interesting to see.

for the main series games, my top 3 in order are platinum, soulsilver, white

Viper is not as bad as people say he is. He receives a lot of flack from the community for being toxic, though from my experiences with him, he is anything but that. He is a very positive player who strives to improve and wants the best for his team. Despite losing 9 matches in a row in S24, he still wanted our team to continue playing and doing our best, even when everyone else was looking the other way. His roamer is very solid, though like all other roamers, he needs a good team to back him up and support him. I don't know too much about his pocket game, though if you're good at one soldier role, you'll probably be almost just as good at the other even if it takes a little more effort (in my opinion atleast).

edit: I should probably mention his association with tilting and how I saw it during the time I played with him.
Viper is not the tilter the community makes him out to be, throughout the 4 weeks I played with him he tilted around 2 times, and it wasn't towards others. As Myles said,

TLDR;
Viper is a strong soldier who could do great on a low-mid IM team, he takes criticism well and uses it to improve his game. Please get him on a good team, he really deserves it.
