try excercising heavily and eating lots of leafy greens, if you feel better physically you will feel better mentally

I like how you only respond to the least intelligent reply and ignore the well-structured rest
don't buy into misinformation that will only make you feel worse and less healthy in the long run.starving yourself and only eating extremely specific food groups is not the way to go, and as many have said before you should most certainly exercise and watch your calories first and foremost.that's it.
obviously this includes avoiding bad fats (ones you'd find in fries and whoppers) and simple sugars(your bepis and gamer sodas) and generally just being conscious about nutrition.you can still have a tasty lunch that won't make you shit blood if you steam broccoli or some other veggies and then slap some seasoned chicken breast in an olive oil-coated pan.hell, go for some fine baked pasta with a low-fat sauce once in a while, not working out is always going to be the one big factor in poor health, no matter what your weight and muscle gain goals are.
also, there's not just one type of carbs.
why fix what isn't broken, or indeed even what no one complained about? the community has spent so much time perfecting the competitive experience to be the best possible with what little was given, these updates feel like a spit in the face of all the hard work
try tr_aim with the scout bots on. it's still bots that move predictably but you get three lanes, all with different movement patterns so if you switch between them often you never get too used to it.
fantastic job on the hud, it's very impressive but I'm getting this weird bug where the target ids don't show up and when I spawn I get the spec target ids with the overlay and everything for about 10 seconds and then they're gone
whaa

ayy im applying for ZIBAT in Roskilde,Denmark, second pick ČVUT in Praha what do you know
is there any possibility of making this work with the steam overlay browser in the future (like tf2pickup)?
does anyone please know the commands to switch textures to the lowest setting and to allow only map files to be downloaded? it keeps switching back everytime I restart tf2
regardless of who wins, the matches are going to be sweeeeet
swimming and treadmills, also definitely the diet plays a large part in any serious workout plan
Lange mentioned on his stream that the in-game TF2 crosshairs themselves aren't centered, may be the case here
a temporary solution for people who may not be aware of it:
bind key "record bugfix;stop" ,this usually fixes it for me
