if who ever that cheater was has 73 hours, and gets banned. he will just use a new account and use what ever cheats he used. there is really no way to solve the problem.

fade-HighclassJust a quick update from TF2Center:
Every TF2Center profile was crosschecked with their Steam profile and if they were found to have a VAC ban given out in the last day were banned from TF2Center. We will also be sharing this list of players with UGC, ETF2L, and OZF.
i never understood banning someone from tf2center or ugc if they were vac banned
if they're vac banned in tf2 they can't play on vac-secured servers anyways so what's the point
yeah that's what i thought too, but i think they are doing it so it says banned on their ugc.tf2c.etf2l, etc profile
added insult to injury you could say
omg, so many of those fucking faggots who made me feel like shit in mge, they were all hackers, i am so happy dude!
Alright guys, these are the tf2 network settings i have been using:
cl_cmdrate 67
cl_interp .0152
cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_lagcompensation 1
cl_pred_optimize 2
cl_smooth 0
cl_smoothtime 0.01
cl_updaterate 66
rate 60000
I want to change my interp to 0, because they say it can help u dodge projectiles (by seeing them earlier, or atleast bloodsire said that), and i would just like to test it out.
Whn i change the interp, should i change any of those other values and what effect will it have, because don't know anything but the interp.
hi guys, i am having some issues with noto hud.
this problem has to do with cross-hair animations.
So i have this in my color scheme for the crosshairs
// NOTO CROSSHAIR COLORS
// NotoCross and NotoCross2 are default colors, NotoCrossDamage will change the color of the crosshair when damage is dealt
"NotoCross" "255 255 0 0"
"NotoCrossDamage" "255 0 0 255"
"NotoCross2" "255 255 0 255"
I am not sure what notocross2 is, but what I basically want is it to be invisible when i dont deal damage and flash red (255 0 0 255) when I do deal damage.
And this is what I have for the crosshair i am using:
"Resource/HudLayout.res"
{
KonrWings
{
"controlName" "CExLabel"
"fieldName" "KonrWings"
"visible" "1"
"enabled" "1"
"zpos" "0"
"xpos" "c-108"
"ypos" "c-100"
"wide" "200"
"tall" "200"
//"font" "KonrWingsOutline24"
"font" "KonrWings24"
"labelText" "i"
"textAlignment" "center"
"fgcolor" "NotoCross"
}
}
My problem is that the crosshair is not doing the flash color...
PurpleeeeeeeeSideshowEveryone always says this stuff about learning to jump properly without scripts but I'm gonna go ahead and say that I've always used a script to crouch jump, I never do it "properly" and it doesn't hinder me at all.
I also learned to ctap properly then when I found a script I used that instead. It really doesn't make a difference to your "control" or ability to do this stuff.
Use a script if you want, hell it's probably easier.
scripts can break muscle memory wont
Actually, you can forget how to use those keys on a new keyboard, or if u havent used your own in a while, but mouse2 will always be there.
I know, all of you are going to say it is not worth it. Unfortunately, I travel a lot, and move so a heavy desktop wont cut it for me.
So, I was looking at this laptop.
Price seems reasonable, but I want one of you hardware whizes to see the parts and what not, maybe find me a better deal for my money (again, not a desktop),
and one born Feb 19 :o
KonceptLegacyI actually made an identical cfg file called soldieroriginal with the rocket launcher viewmodel on and I bound 0 to "exec soldieroriginal.cfg" and in my soldieroriginal config file I have 0 bound to "exec soldier.cfg", creating a toggle between the 2 scripts. But from the top of my head, you can't really create a toggle for just one slot without a whole lot of coding that I don't know how to do really.
Also, why do you have your interp change when you switch weapons? If I remember correctly you can't change it when you're in an online game, so having it change is pointless. I may be wrong, but that's from my experience
_KermitYou could just make a seperate alias called soldier_primary_2 and have it the exact same but with viewmodels on. Then have a button you don't use bound to toggle the other.
So have
bind "5" "soldier_primary_1"
alias "soldier_primary_1" "soldier_primary; bind 5 "soldier_primary_2""
alias "soldier_primary_2" "soldier_primary_2;bind 5 "soldier_primary_1""
As also said above you may as well remove the interp stuff, it's pointless now.
thanks for your help, ill try it out.
And i will delete the interp, i got it from tf2mate back when i didn't know about what it really was, so never bothered messing with it :p

You know what to do.
shrug it, shrug it right of my shoulders
catwhy are scout mains so fucking gay
u went in the wrong hood motherfucker
Hey guys. I have a quick question about the crosshair switcher (various types, but i got mine from tf2mate)
So, this is particularly about soldier:
this is bound in my soldier.cfg file
exec crosshairswitcher/switcher; soldier
So that basically does this for my soldier:
alias soldier_primary "cl_crosshair_scale 32; ring; cl_crosshair_red 0; cl_crosshair_green 255; cl_crosshair_blue 0; r_drawviewmodel 0; viewmodel_fov 80; cl_interp 0.0152"
alias soldier_secondary "cl_crosshair_scale 32; ring; cl_crosshair_red 0; cl_crosshair_green 255; cl_crosshair_blue 0; r_drawviewmodel 0; viewmodel_fov 90; cl_interp 0.033"
alias soldier_melee "cl_crosshair_scale 32; ring; cl_crosshair_red 0; cl_crosshair_green 255; cl_crosshair_blue 0; r_drawviewmodel 1; viewmodel_fov 90; cl_interp 0.033"
btw, this is a bunch of settings for each slot, but my focus is for the PRIMARY fov.
Is there anyways i can make a bind to turn it on and off (just for that one slot, on this one class)
I want to do this because when I use rl i have em off, but with original it helps me with them on
Thanks :3
SetsulghettofishHey everyone,2.4GHz?
I have a dual router that has both, 5 and 2.5 ghz networks.
ghettofishWe just got one of those smart tvs and we have it connected through the Ethernet port. Would this disable the 5ghz function because it is.That last sentence doesn't really work. And the answer is no.ghettofishThe 5ghz signal still shows as long as the 2.5Again, the sentence seems to be missing a few words.
Also, did it work before?
ghettofishif not does a 5ghz make a true difference in regards to playing tf2?Higher numbers doesn't mean it's better.
Ethernet would be better than both 2.4 and 5GHz.
I just used the 2.5 network for like a couple hours then it worked. And yes, it was working before, and it is working now. Thanks for your time anyways :)
phobiaare they gonna give out free doritos and mountain dew at the event? if so count me in!
Free weed and pussy will be available too.
Hey everyone,
I have a dual router that has both, 5 and 2.5 ghz networks. I connect all the devices in the house to the 2.5 ghz except my pc (and phone). We just got one of those smart tvs and we have it connected through the Ethernet port. Would this disable the 5ghz function because it is. The 5ghz signal still shows as long as the 2.5, but the 5 doesnt work when i try to connect to it :/
Is there a way to resolve it? if not does a 5ghz make a true difference in regards to playing tf2?
thanks in advance
