They fixed this once before. You were actually able to snipe from there into blu spawn in the initial release, same with spamming rockets, pipes, and stickies.

conductorI honestly don't think this is going to go anywhere right now, even if the kids are talented in whatever individual thing they were brought on for there's no good reason to think they have a clue how to make a game that isn't shit
This is the point. Please don't get all hot and bothered because you think I'm attacking art people, I'm stating that they lack the experience to be anything more than an intern squad. That is where everyone starts out, no matter how good you might be and no matter what industry you're in unless you have some REALLY REALLY specific circumstances.
kirbyI forgot to mention I'd prefer a game that will either last me awhile, has high replay value, or both.
BAD RATS. "It's good for all the wrong reasons" - conductor dongs, 2013
- FTL
- Rogue Legacy (holy fuck Scorpio and June were right this game is like fucking crack)
- Dark Souls (spend the money on a usb xbox controller you are fucking missing out)
- La-Mulana
- GTA San Andreas
- Torchlight 1 & 2
- ClaDun X2 (I REALLY hope this goes on sale, played a pirate copy that can't save for some reason but this is Rogue Legacy on steroids)
- The Carpe Fulgur collection (Recettear, Chantelise, Fortune Summoners)
- The Ys Series (Ys 1, 2, Origin, Oath in Felghana)
- Terraria (get friends)
A majority of them are art and music talented. One of them was a programmer. Unless the big man starts handing out scholarships for STEM tracks or they finally hire Lange, this is going to produce some very predictable results.
TheManWithNoNamehas anyone played chivalry: medieval warfare? any thoughts on it?
Bored me to tears even with friends.
NewbieMcNewbfaceI don't see a space marine collection or complete pack any more. Was planning on picking that up this sale.
There's still 10 days of the sale left after today. It'll go on sale.

Found in some IGN thread when I googled this
JUNCTION
Has anyone gotten their key yet? Think they caught it already?
EDIT: Just takes some time. TY Huey.
hookyDid you try removing all of your configs and launching with -autoconfig?
Actually did this just a few minutes ago. The errors were fixed, which points to a config problem. I can't really narrow it down, though, because when I put it back the issues came back, but not completely. Things weren't slow, but people were still constantly sliding and some sounds (mainly critical hit sounds) wouldn't play.
Verifying integrity was the first thing I did. Config caps fps at 120. Tried switching to the DX9 maxframes config, same problem.
The host_timescale was already set to 1. Tried it anyway, didn't fix anything. For framerate, I get a mostly constant 120fps with Chris's.
After playing TF2 today, I noticed something was odd with my game. Player models were sliding around all over the place and my animations were REALLY slow, as if I was playing back a reduced-speed demo. When I play locally, EVERYTHING feels like I was playing said reduced-speed demo. Actually recording a demo fixed nothing, verifying integrity came back clean, even tried hud_reloadscheme. Other games work just fine (Serious Sam 3, CS:GO, STALKER, etc).
I'm running Chris's DX8 maxframes config if that could be the root of the problem.
choochooGood; the point of the escape plan is to get out when you wouldn't die anyway. Try roaming without relying on ridiculous unlock now.
So I have a friend who's played a lot of games in his life. One of them was TF2, and he's only ever played it in pubs. He has no competitive experience whatsoever. All he knows is that in 6s there are rollouts to mid that soldiers and demomen use.
6:40 PM - greatstalin: were you around for when the equalizer got split into the equalizer and escape plan?
6:40 PM - Inspector Who☆: yep
6:40 PM - greatstalin: ok so, in 6s , one soldier is designated as the roamer
6:40 PM - greatstalin: one of the most commonly used weapons for attempts at escape when the situation calls for it is, well, the escape plan
6:41 PM - greatstalin: now the roamer does a lot of things, but one of his roles/abilities is to jump onto the enemy and just shit rockets on them to try to create an opportunity
6:41 PM - greatstalin: do you think that equipping the escape plan has any correlation to being able to rocket jump effectively/correctly?
6:42 PM - Inspector Who☆: not really, if you can't do it beforehand I don't think you would do well with it
6:42 PM - Inspector Who☆: idk if people use it for rocketjumping though
