So sticking with filestube and sifting through google links is the answer I'm getting.

A scout player I know from way back had a better getup - core i7 box with a rock band mic.

But real talk this happened to me when I was playing BC2 a few years ago on my 9800 GT. Was shooting a tank and suddenly I got a whole bunch of dotted red lines on my screen and I had to do a hard shutdown. Popped in my emergency 9500 GT and everything was fine. It's quite possible that your video card is on its way out.

I want to have an obnoxiously large picture of Ainsley Harriot as my chat background. That or user's steam avatars alongside player names in the left sidebar.

- User ability to choose whether or not to receive a URL or a connect string for the server. I don't like the URLs #tf2mix uses.

- Easy STV access from the chatbox would rock too, but I'm not sure how easy or difficult that would be to implement

- A sub system that gets people to play. It doesn't happen that often, but when someone does end up dropping and there's no replacement for a good 10 minutes, it's really frustrating

- Post-game PM that redirects to stats would be convenient for the lazy

- Little flags by player names representing location would be cool, even if this ends up being separated between NA/EU

I don't remember when it first started happening, but it's really annoying. It's not just happening in TF2 either. I've tried reinstalling and even upgrading to the 1.2.4 RC. When I turn off the bounding boxes, the names and the smiley withe headphones shows up, but they're just white letters and that works until I restart my game.

Anyone have this issue before and/or have a solution?

I usually go by word of mouth. If there's someone who's had the professor before and there's a majority of unfavorable things about him, I don't choose that professor. A lot of my old classmates used RMP for courses outside CompSci/IT/Mathematics because a majority of the math professors on my campus all taught CS and IT courses too and the ratings on RMP for everyone outside those departments were pretty accurate.

I did make the mistake of believing that if a teacher is hard but intelligent, he can automatically teach well.

If any of you didn't see it already. Unreal 1 and 2 are great timesinks, and I've got 20 friends with 2k4 and 15 with 99 but none of them want to play it together despite every last one of them having fun with the game. UT3 isn't terrible but it's nothing special. Still a great steal for Unreal 1, 2, and 2k4.
