You could either check all your other cfg files and see if you have the same commands set to 1 somewhere.

I'd try #1 first.

I'm directly connected to the modem and I've restarted it about 3 times.

Edit: It seemed to have stopped for now, so it lasted about half an hour.

So just this day I started to timeout for about 5 seconds periodically every 10 seconds

Occurs in both TF2 as well as CS:S and prolly every other game. Same goes for mumble and things like Skype.

My down/up speeds as well as ping are totally fine on speedtest.net and browsing the web doesn't seem to be affected either.

This is definetly not the place to ask since it's not related to TF2 or any programm for that matter, but I figured I might as well give it a shot here.

Edit: Upon loading twitch I noticed that streams time out at the exact same time as well, so browsing might actually be affected as well I just didn't notice it before

Honestly a live competition doesn't sound like a good idea, jumping just isn't consistent enough to make for an interesting live event.

If you just look at things like speedshots and rampslides, whoever gets lucky with those in the 2 minutes of live gameplay is gonna look like "the better jumper"

This is most definitely not the right place to ask about this but what the heck.

Since about a day or so I noticed that none of the video i watched seemed to have comments("No comments yet").

I tried around a bit and found out that basically every video that was made less than 18+ hours ago doesn't display any comments for me.
After playing around even more I realized that this only applied if I was logged into my YT account.
The device doesn't matter what so ever, as soon as I log out everything is fine.

I'm kinda lost here since I didn't find anyone with a similar problem either.

I bought Reflex with similar interests in a speedy/aim based game and so far I'm pretty impressed.
Considering the games early alpha stage it's a hell of a lot of fun.

Movement might take a while to get used to, but you'd do the developers a huge favor.

Windows 8.1 made it impossible for me to use 2 displays and still get smooth 120Hz.
Even disabling all Visual Effects didn't remove it completely.

In the end I switched back to 7 since disabling Aero actually makes everything 100% smooth

Look for Elements called something like ClassBar1A. The number being 1-7(top-bottom) and A/B for left/right.

In there all you fo is change the fillcolor value.

I don't really get why that would bother you since there will always be junk in your console from all kinds of error messages. But like #2 said, putting something like "wait 200; clear" in your autoexec will make it clean on the first launch.
