i really like running hl2 on the old engine rather than the new one. the new one it looks like it might be possible to go faster just because of the uncapped backwards acceleration but its not nearly as fun to play, especially single segment. hl2 is a fun game to speedrun though and either version is neat.

have you tried it on another computer? if it happens on a different computer then it is the mouse and as crimsonhead said just RMA it. logitechs RMA policiy is pretty great. i just rma'd mine a week ago and all they asked for was the P/N number and some other stuff which you can find on the mouse. i got the new one in only 3 days too while they said it would take 7-10.
roamer is like med, most people who don't play it think its easy but in reality there are very few good ones. only about 3 really great roamers playing right now.
hey there are lots of legit reasons to use vpns. torrenting being the main one that comes to mind for me. gotta have that privacy.
BubbaInstead of sending the winner, you should do a "All-Star" team based on the winners, but comprised of the BEST 6 players in ESEA Invite. Something on the basis of tryouts to figure it out, since basically everyone is really really good.
uh... didn't we basically do that on mix^ last season and people complained about it being an all star team and not an actual team?
i might do an impromptu cast on my stream if nobody else is. depends on when my team finishes up scrimming.
Eggythis cashmoneys could be used in much better ways in the community
like...? please don't say something like hosting multiple smaller tournaments because the teams what would win those tournaments are the same teams what would be competing to go to i49. this is like argument infinite tried to make last year saying money should go to ugc or whatnot. it doesn't work like that. just because people would donate money to send a team to i49 doesn't mean they would donate that same money to host tournaments or other stuff. its not like the money is already there and can just go to whatever cause.
TheFragileharbleuit will be an even playing field since the other invite teams (minus FT) are streaming too so don't worry about stolen strats.
btw, any sort of thought that we are intentionally not streaming scrims because we are "hiding strats" is retarded -- not saying you said or implied that, harb. we have never intentionally not streamed because we were afraid of having our strats being discovered or whatever reason people decide to fabricate. we even streamed our scrims right before our gpit matches, which is easily the most strat-sensitive map. so i'm not sure what this "FT doesn't stream" thing is. sean has streamed literally all season, zbryan streams every once in a while, and I bought hardware about mid-season to start streaming.
as of right now, a bunch of us are busy and we only scrim about once a week at most right now. even when this happens, at least seanbud or I stream every time.
i didn't mean it like that at all. i was just saying lately it seems like tri is the only invite player streaming, and now i have started up too. i know your team hasn't been scrimming much lately so thats more what i was implying. i hope to see some of you stream too whenever you guys start playing again.
b4nnySpyromancerHow much would it take to get weapons signed by the bp players I don't yet have?
We're pretty flexible. Though I only specified mentoring, we will try to satisfy all the people that donate, whether you want weapons signed, someone to MGE against, or just to chat with us, etc.
plz respond to the streaming questions thx. will any of ur players be streaming ur upcoming scrims? it will be an even playing field since the other invite teams (minus FT) are streaming too so don't worry about stolen strats.
adding on to this, the idea that not streaming keeps strats a secret is dumb. this is invite. most players should be smart enough to figure out what the other team is doing and see how to counter it. i've never once watched a vod and came out with any knowledge that i didn't already know. we didn't stream last season on mix^ before lan, but then again we didn't ask for donations from the community. streaming scrims is one of the easiest ways to give back and is one of the things most people find enjoyment from. hope you consider this and gl w/ the donations.
enigmashade doesn't literally walk over 5 stickies on granary 2nd in plain view and then proclaim he made the correct play (harbleu @ S10 LAN finals)
enigma's lan wins without harbleu on his team: 0
you ever gonna start streaming again? i don't think you ever really said why you stopped streaming and im sure a lot of people would love to donate if you did. if its internet issues then that's understandable.
if not you then will tagg start streaming scrims again at least? mentoring is cool but a lot of people really like listening to comms and watching your team play. tri has been streaming their teams scrims and i'll be streaming ours whenever we play :>
me or enigma never attacked the idea behind the post. just the way it is written is so cheesy that it makes it easy to take seriously.
justus_1DeaGCHaMPenigmakind of embarrassing but cheersWhat exactly is embarrassing about casting games and watching a good team?
shredderHey everyone!
Shredder here.
This last invite season, BP was dominant. Amazingly dominant. 16-0 dominant.
Before the next ESEA LAN (April 20), I would like to:
1) Cast all of BP's games from this season alongside interesting people (that means YOU)
Why? a) To revel in BP's great play b) To gain casting experience c) To promote competitive TF2
2) Create a frag video of BP's incredible ESEA-I season
Why? We all like seeing great plays. BP certainly had many this season. Help me make a frag movie centering on BP and maybe we can get it shown at LAN?
Why does this matter to you?
If you're like me, you love competitive TF2, and you love talking. You've watched Sal and Slin, Arx and Beta, cbear and djc and thought "Man, I wish I could do that!" This is your opportunity. You can practice shoutcasting in a calm environment. The games are sure to be great – thank BP for that – and why not have some fun one weekend casting these games with me and others? Who knows? Maybe we could even get a real caster (Slin, Sal, etc.) to stop by and give us a few tips, either in game, on stream, or on Youtube.
If you're interested at all, please respond to this or send me a PM so we can set up times/dates/etc.
Here's to BP!

basically all of this. i have no problem with the idea behind the post but the amount of dick sucking in it makes it hard to take seriously. bp indeed was dominant this season but the whole post is extremely corny.
