Would it be possible to get a TF2 120 fps mobo-processor-ram combo with 533.59 USD?

I have 2000 BRL which google tells me is 533.59 USD to upgrade my PC, I plan on reusing my PSU(650W), GPU and case. My current GPU is a Nvidia 1060 6GB.

I live close to Paraguay so I'm buying the pieces there(probably here, but I can look around).

Besides TF2, I'm currently enjoying Apex Legends, getting my fps to stay always above 120 fps in that game would also be cool but I'm afraid that's not possible without a better GPU(?). On both games, I plan to play at the lowest settings possible, but always on 1080p.

I already had a vtf crosshair pack from cfg.tf, so I replaced the crosshair1OL files with the ones I created and edited the rocket launcher script with the resolution I wanted:

Also, I tried buying an adapter so that I could use my cellphone earbuds on my PC but it happens that although mic and sound work, everything that comes through the sound cable is transferred as though it were being picked up by my mic x(

Hey, I'm trying to get into CS but can't complete any matches because my screen keeps going white amidst the games. There's a sound glitch, my screen goes white and the computer becomes unresponsive(ctrl+alt+delete does nothing, and the capslock light doesn't respond), that makes me have to restart the computer.

A week back it was happening that my screen was losing signal randomly, not only when playing games, but that has since stopped happening o.O. Anyways, due to that I ran a memtest which came out with no errors, and I've supposedly updated the video drivers with the GeForce Experience app.

The black screen problem started after a thunderstorm, so maybe something got fried, I don't know really what to do to verify this though.

The Shure 215's seem to be one of the most popular iems out there, but from what I've read they can be a bit too bassy. The 315's come at $199, what about those?

Sadly, I don't think I can wait much for something like Massdrop, since I don't live in the US and am counting on a traveling relative to bring them to Brazil. That makes me extra worried about comments of poor qc, because returning the product/using warranty isn't going to be as easy. Is that sufficient reason to drop the 1MORE's? :( They along with the gr07BE have been some of the most recommended to me, but I was leaning the 1MORE way because of isolation(right?).

I like a clear and detailed sound, one that makes it possible to identify every instrument discretely, to listen for the texture of a guitar cords or the breath of singers and wind instruments... But then again, sometimes some tum tum tum of heavy bass is cool too :P

Past headphones - I've had for a long time a pair of AD700 cans which I bought based on gaming recommendations, broke them somewhat recently. Quite liked those, I have almost no other experience with high quality audio, but the level of detail and soundstage amazed me. I felt the bass was very precise, as in, it's notes seemed like very punctual littles "punches" in my ear, that could be heard separately instead of as a big chunk. Worked well for prog rock and guitar for my tastes, but lacked some oomph on rap, edm...
