You can also try looking at demos.tf and search by player. Just find players from Prem in Oz/ETF2L or Invite from RGL/ESEA. (You'd have to sort through a lot to find scrims/matches). Unlike reviewing a VOD, this allows you to see more of what's happening on the map to help you think about what's called/why the player does what they're doing.

Wonderland.tf, scrap.tf have this issue where not enough people know/care about who's running them for them to fail. It's one thing if it happens within the organized community of comp where we can just ban them, but it needs a lot more exposure for something to happen in pub land.

The ammo had little impact. Mostly roamers ran it. It's not like people wait for a demo to get an ammo pack and rush him through a chokepoint. The thing that's busted is the charge shot. It was punishing if you used it at the wrong time, but I can't tell you how many times I've died to a chargeshot from the other side of the map because my flank didn't call it or nobody saw it. The fact was that it could oneshot a light class.

As aids as that was, though, I actually didn't mind the gun too much. I liked the sounds/kill effects/rocket angle. Using the chargeshot to coordinate a push was always pretty neato when it happened. I'd be down to unban it for a season and have it get banned the next again.
