A few days ago, WhitePowerJesus asked me if I wanted to run a day of pugs devoted to testing new maps. I accepted, so starting tomorrow (October 28), I will be hosting New Map Sundays.
I plan to host these nearly every Sunday afternoon (3/4 pm). Sunday afternoon was chosen as it doesn't conflict with much, and most people will be home.
In this thread, I will post pug dates/times, the maps for each set of pugs, a "pug-approved" map list (maps we enjoy in the pugs), and feedback on maps. Feel free to post your own feedback. However, we should probably post the feedback on separate map threads so I'll be making threads for the maps we play.
First pug will be on October 28 at 3 pm EST. Map rotation is cp_quay_a18, koth_arctic_b2a, koth_flake_a10, koth_railbridge_b1, and koth_skyward_b2.

The link will be in my comment on the Mumble server.
Be there.

Does this only work if all people have positional audio on? That would explain some of my problems.
MatwojMy audio is flipped for some reason, when somebody's on my left i hear him from right and vice versa. Anybody else has that problem?
Is the person on the other team? I was having this problem too but I'm not sure if it's for both teams.
Also, this only seems to work if the in-game names begin the same as the Mumble names.
I was playing in a pug yesterday and it wasn't working.
DouglasSo Lansky is 10 now?
no he's 2
OtakuScott_2I'm still quitting comp tf2. I just came back to attempt to clear my name before leaving.
What's the point?
When I turn on positional audio, it doesn't work for some people. I think it's people who have tags at the front of their names.
It also seems to be mirrored, at least for people on the opposite team.
Just reinstall, I'm 99% sure it will work.
drdonutmanpretty sure it's useless if you don't have a 5.1 setup
Voices will not be sent to both speakers if they aren't right behind or in front of you.
Yes, Valve officially added support for it in the last update.
You will also need to enable positional audio in audio output.
