If I'm not mistaken, registration has officially closed.
Rikachuwell someone could host the tournament and the participating teams could agree to keep their respective circlejerks out of the voting. Whoever wins gets the votes.
ESEA would throw out the results and randomly choose the winner.
blinKPeople -fragging Fog just goes to show that the frag system means absolutely nothing. He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and would literally do anything in his power to help any random stranger with anything in his reach for absolutely nothing.
shut up, the Illuminati is watching!
GOLDEN_NINJA_WARRIORnow we just need koth_tyrones_face to be made

HildrethAre ESEA giving away free Premium codes?
Are TF2 players who want the league to succeed offering to pay premium and league fees for team's and players?
I don't see people wanting ESEA to succeed really trying to offer any other argument than a "no ESEA competition dies" argument. It'll get worse but well, love of the game will bring most of you back, if you do truly love the game that is.
Yes to the first question. They're giving 2 3-month codes and 2 1-month codes to each team.
To the second, no. If they cared enough and could afford it, then they would have. guess this is a yes too
We still have a week until registration closes. ESEA should be fine.

I had another thread already, but I want to look for ESEA now as well.
Looking for a starting Scout/Medic spot on whatever ESEA or CEVO team. At this point I don't care about the division, as long as I play.
My previous experience:
1 UGC season starting Scout/Medic (Scottish Fury)
1 UGC season backing up (Victorious Secret)
2 ESEA seasons backing up (Point n Click)
1 partial ESEA season as a starter (Until Granary matches for first team, second team died after the ESEA thing resurfaced)
Also played some highlander as various classes:
1 ETF2L season as whatever
1 UGC season generally as the starting Scout
I've also been playing 6s for over 1.5 years, and TF2 itself for 3 years.
Currently, I'm available to play/scrim pretty much any day besides Friday/Saturday until 11 pm ET. I also work from 5 to 8 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. During the summer, it's pretty much whenever except for Thursday/Friday/Saturday. I'm currently a senior in high school, so this schedule will change in the fall when I go to college and start being an adult.

I like TF2. I want to support it.
Just wondering, what happens if someone is paid up for TF2 and then ESEA drops it? Do they get a refund for the league fee?
FzeroMagikarpAlthough I don't understand the current view on Comcast by many, I must say that I've been a user of Comcast for the past few years and it's been great. I live in Texas and generally I hear only two ISPs people have, Comcast and AT&T. Generally my friends who game with me that have Comcast have great connection as opposed to my friends who have AT&T, so I always assumed Comcast was one of the best down here or at least decent. Whenever I have problems with Comcast, I'd call them up and they would quickly resolve it, so the support is alright also.
Isn't ATT only DSL and has no FIOS lines? While cable has issues, DSL will normally be worse, I don't think it's a good comparison.
AT&T in most areas is fiber up to about 2,000 to 3,000 feet from the customer. At that point, it switches to copper. In some areas, it could be either all fiber or no fiber.
I don't think it will be approved. The resulting company is going to be too large, even if they sell off some areas. Remember when AT&T was going to buy T-Mobile?
Can you put cp_sunshine_rc1a on the servers soon? It's the new map in ESEA this season.
This is a pretty good idea. Good luck with your expansion!
