Pretty much any essay topic involving united states history has a pretty great wikipedia article about it.
I'm sure there's something about immigration in here.

A friend of mine has pretty bad anxiety problems, about a month ago he started exercising a lot, eating healthy, and drinking a lot of water. He seems a lot better now, but he still has his moments.
Best of luck to you dude
If you're trying to shoot someone, move in a way that helps your aim. Strafe to the left if the person is to left of your crosshair, and strafe to the right if the person is to the right of your crosshair.
If you're trying to avoid getting shot be unpredictable. It really helps if you know every prop that you can jump on so that you can avoid a fight on flat ground. Avoid long and straight movements because they make you really easy to hit. Whenever you're in the air (even while jumping) make sure you air strafe so you're not moving in a straight line.
edit: and the winger is pretty useful for dodging if you have a script for it
It is absolutely one of the most valuable skills to have if you spend a lot of time using a computer. Writing a paper is pretty much stress free.
I learned to properly type a couple months ago, went from 60 wpm to 100 wpm with a bit of practice.
I used http://www.typingweb.com to learn the basic positions and stuff.
I use http://10fastfingers.com/typing-test/english to practice. I mostly practice while I'm waiting for a pug or watching a movie.
The transition will suck at first but once you get the hang of it you'll see a lot of improvement.
The competitive format is currently too stagnant. Robin articulated this brilliantly and I'm not sure I'll do him justice, but here goes. Robin barely watches competitive TF2 anymore because nothing surprises him. There are no "sick new strats" for him to see, especially not at the pace of other games.
