It's a shame FBTF is going to its end after years of existence. I have lots of good memories and also some bad memories during my time playing and organizing it. I was one of the staff members in 2013 that raised back the scene after the "ddos era" (yeah, back in 2010/2012 the tf2 community was CONSTANTLY being striked by ddos attacks in pugs, also some retards thought that using this as threat was a good to achieve personal goals), we brought back coverage, interviews, streams, and introduced in-game medals...

In my opinion, FBTF was one of the best league I ever played, even with its strenghts and flaws. I also organized some of them. We've have stopped people abusing small flaws they could found on the rules, supported some teams to avoid disbanding (this was a very hard task though), got some sponsorship to provide servers, distributed medals and constantly looking for good feedback to make some improvements for the next seasons. Good times I think. Unfortunately, some banned, brain-damaged butthurt "players" find ways to threaten, harass and humiliate us, but it's all in a day's work.

Maybe you are getting these information by someone not so trustworthy, this tf2 dead thing started since the game was stated as free by Valve, with a lot of complaints about that. SA scene wasn't as great as NA and EU, but still fun and challenging. As years goes on, less people join the game at the same time more people leave it, affecting the competitive strength gradually. The SA scene will only be dead when we do not have 12 players to play a simple pug like aratinga said.
FBTF has a lot of history regarding SA league scene, if you do not like it because of the lack of scrims and players' interest about the game you do not have to blame the league.

I am having a problem when I launch the game. Simply every class cfg (with aliases and etc) seems to not work at all. Also when I change my adv multiplayer options and restart the game everything is lost, meaning I have to reconfigure every time when I fire up the game.

The game is automatically set on 1080p. I need to change it to 720p for more fps. The game is slow paced. Demon is op, requiring massive teamwork to fight aganist. No good movement techniques. They should announce another open beta after required changes.

In short, the game is less "doom 4" and more "call of doom: demons".

About my first question, I just want a cfg that loads when a map is loaded. For example: mge cfg: timelimit 0, will only be executed if I load any mge map.

Hello, I wanna help about the specific map cfg in a server. It is something like: We load badlands.cfg, then a cfg called "badlands.cfg" will work only for that map only. Another problem is the amount of maps in the nominate and rtv menu. All maps are there, I just want specific ones.

How can I do this?
