Don't pack up just yet. You could always give them a run for their money in a different team ;)

I might just do some quick testing tomorrow, along the lines of 2200 MHz CL11, 2000 CL10 and 1866 CL9
@Setsul, did you see if the game prefers higher frequency on the rams or tighter timings? Just wondering really
If you listen to rock and hip hop then the M50's would be better over the HD598. Another option is the BeyerDynamic DT770, they are good, but they only unleash their full potential with an external amp.
Make sure you like their sound signature first.
If you wouldn't mind a flatter headphone, I'd advise the Sennheisers HD 598 as they are pretty good for gaming alongside music (also they are open).
So, let us know, what music do you listen to? Would you prefer an open or closed back headphone?
Thanks for your endeavours for this community ;) And gl in your future work
KanecoInstituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, same as kiler4funn

Sideshowschockysorry team, my fault :(((
couldn't make it to lan so they had to look for another scout. isn't easy to get used to a team and playstyle 1-2 months(?!) before such an event. however, forasken played well (and the rest of reason ofc!).
i am already hyped for i58/england. is it still possible to get these fckin tasty sandwiches at insomnia? :O
I think your tongue is broken. Nothing is tasty from insomnia.
M8 that sweet Tesco Cottage Cheese. Or DIY sandwiches like I did at lan. Perfect food for gains and gaming :D
ViperHaving a 200Hz. refresh rate is really only useful if you can maintain that high of a framerate, and I don't know of anybody in the TF.TV community that walks around with 400 FPS constant.
You just can't lol, tf2 engine is so "well" optimized that not even NASA computers would be able to do it.
KanecoI have literally never in my life had breakfast in a fast food chain. Guess it's not part of our culture here, because if anything we go to a local owned cafe / pastry which are traditional everywhere.
Can confirm, dat coffee + freshly baked bread = drool
Did someone call?
Also people here don't see tf2 as a "job" cause there is literally no incentive to do so rather than the yearly lan. In NA they have ESEA ones, which allow them to adapt better to lan environment (and the incentive to pratice to play in a lan is bigger as well).
Pellovleyit's still so weird to think that someone named kiler4fun is at the top of competitive tf2
I'm clearly not at the top of tf2, don't you see I'm not going to lan? :3
SideshowTo be honest if anyone who lives in the mainland has any idea of a venue that would be appropriate that would be a huge surprise. That's always the first stumbling block.
Portugal is gonna have a big kinda of video game show soon. Last year it was named Lisbon Games Week, but the only thing played was LoL and DoTA
This is my current setup: Beyer DT990 Pro, hooked into an O2 DIY and fed by an Audiophonics U-Sabre (ES9023).
As for HD600 vs HD650, it depends on whether he wants something darker (HD650), or something less veiled (HD600).
