I like to be shooting things, which I think is the reason most players play this game.
As medic, you're depending on your team a lot of the time, even if you heal them as good as you can and hit most of your arrows, there's still a chance the scout you're healing or pocket will either just run away or go to places that would put you in a bad position if you try to heal them, or leave you alone to bombing soldiers, which even if you hit every fat surf sometimes it still isn't enough to survive. You're too dependent on your team and communication for surviving and a load of other things so playing medic isn't really appealing to most players unless they're in a good team. The class is powerful enough as it is an you can have really good movement\positioning to improve your suvivability but medic gameplay isn't generally the kind of thing people come looking for when they come into tf2 even when being incontestable that it is necessary for the current meta game.
TL;DR
Medic depends too much on his teammates so that's why there are not many in lobbies\pugs. You can't really be "fragging" as Medic. It is and was powerful enough and very necessary since the metagame revolves around ubers, but there isn't much Valve can change to make it "More fun" as the type of gameplay that players look for is preference.
So I'm using comanglia's cfg and as you all know matchmaking forces you to use bullshit settings to play the game and turn gibs\corpses and grass on. I can still play the game at a reasonable 80-100 fps without my settings but whenever I end a match and I go to queue up to another one, my fps will drop massively on that match to around 30-40 which I find unplayable, forcing me to restart the game,
Does anyone have the same issue or know how to fix it?
p.s I know I could just not play matchmaking and have a good time but lol
Baited with ease
If this is anything like the 80s, they'll just rewrite the constitution and keep relations with external countries the same. So we shouldn't be too worried about any wars breaking out. Let's hope this doesn't become a giant bloodbath.
Why do I come to tftv for tf2 posts but people end up posting their views on religion on a thread about a tragedy like if anybody actually came here for this\or cared about their views.

But Sweden will basically be a 3rd world country within the next 20 years if they stay part of the EU LMAO

Check your autoexec for cl_interp, along with all the cfg files for classes.

holoferneswarm drinks, and not shouting too much. you shouldn't lose your voice just from talking at a conversational volume. if you can't be heard without shouting then tell ur whole team to be less shouty.
I'm not really shouting but I'll try to mess with my mic settings a bit.
Thanks everyone else for the tips, I'll look into teas.
While playing around 2 hours a day of scrims and mercing after those matches I feel like my throat is sore from using comms too much, I figured this would be normal since I'm not a really talkative person and don't talk much so I'd get used to it, however it's getting worse by the day even though I started drinking water during playtime I still feel like I'm losing my voice, any tips to help with it?
