Razer Deathadder questions

just set your DA to 1800 DPI, 1k polling and slide the sensitivity bar up to the top. Uninstall all razer software and you should be good to go.

also remember to have your sensitivity tuned to being warmed up and not when you're cold. It will be different. Also, have you cleaned your mouse sensor and pad lately?

Just TF2 messing up?
If yes, then backup your configs and maps and try removing your tf folder, then load TF2 with launch option -autoconfig that sets everything back to default for your pre-detected video card.
After you load the game once and setup your proper video settings (2xAA, trillinear, etc). then remove that launch option and reload the game. You may have to re-do your video settings, I don't recall.
