These Two teams met in the i46 finals in Europe about a month ago and now meet again in one of the last games of the ESEA season. Their last few matches have seen Mix^ dominate LG but with Mix^ going for an undefeated season and LG having a new scout in Hero, can LG finally step their game up??

rr-why would we even have a regular season in the first place if you used that idea. We may as well vote for the top 3 teams of the season at the very start, and then just randomly throw in another team
what?? why not just vote for the top 4 now then. i dont understand what you're getting at.
The idea is you play the regular invite season out and the top 3 go to lan. The rest of the invite teams have a playoffs after the season to decide the fourth spot.
The reason you use the top IM team is cause you want an even 6 teams in the playoffs rather than 5.
Or you could make the playoffs 4-7 and last place in invite gets demoted to IM

How about the first top 3 teams in invite are guaranteed a LAN spot and teams 4-8 plus the top IM regular season team play a seeded playoffs to decide who gets the fourth spot?
This way all teams will still have a shot at LAN and have an incentive to stick together and the benefit to placing 4th is that you play the IM team instead of an invite team in the first round.
what do you think?
