I think TF2Center would be more attractive to higher level players if a pick/ban system were implemented for maps and players. It's not really very satisfying to play a TF2Center lobby with randoms who "stack" teams based on lobbies played and hours. There's a reason that other pug services have had greater success in the last decade.
