just because someone can play with those "sensitivities" doesn´t mean they fall on the category of recommended ...
honestly for a class like soldier i´d recommend exactly that something between those 2 sensitivities where you feel the most confortable
anything higher than 11 inch you start having trouble with tracking in a game with the movement of tf2, and the transition of wrist aim to arm becomes kind of awkward
its a class where the mobility and the fast reaction speed its so important, a faster sens will definitely help, and the muscle memory with time will make it easier to aim even with shotgun
What would be the cheapest gpu to run tf2 at the highest settings smoothly?
Maybe a gtx 770 or something in that area?

I get about 200 in fights and 400+ out of fights. When I switch to my normal config for competitive play I rarely drop below 500.

I´ve always felt like a game with this type of movement ,messing around with aircontrol or with classes speed its a horrible thing to do.
The scout stock class speed its already pushing the limits of the movement speeds, yet it has a weapon that allows him to move at 520 hu..
Giving medics random speed depending on the class they´re healing its a bad thing not to mention scout class speed.
