Quickly identify something that you can focus and channel all that energy onto improve. It could be focusing on your DM, timing, reading of the game. Get something positive out of it.

This is why i play at 960 x 540, but you'll need to setup a custom resolution for that. I used to play 1280 x 720 until the update killed enough fps for me on that.

1280x720 is not stretched, it is still 16:9. Playing 800x600 full screen on a 16:9 monitor would be stretched.
