Usually that means they're immature and don't fully understand the weight of what they're saying. Either that or they have some issues they themselves need to work through. don't play TF2 or other video games right before bed, it's stimulating and can disrupt your sleep. Not only does it make it harder to fall asleep but it also will cause you to wake up more often, which messes with your ability to memorize learnings from the day.
