I remember playing one of my first mm matches with 5 other peruvian players against half nerdRage + other prem players in a EU server, with 220-250 ping. Good times.
DougThe game needs ping limit command asap.
I am always having to play in Chilean (260 ms because brazilian internet is retarded and our packages are sent to USA and then to Chile/Argentina when we play in servers there).
This, same issues with both chilean and brazilian servers here. Most multiplayer online games have got max. ping settings, I don't know how it'd be a problem to add such an option to TF2.

As hooli said, you can switch to the same loadout, which is a really useful tool for every class in general to ressuply quickly. No clue why it's not used more often instead of class/hat switching, only downside is you lose your killstreaks.
Other itempresets can be used as well, you won't lose your uber as long as you're using the same medigun in both loadouts.

They nerfed booties, not demo.
Booties were too viable and arguably made demo generally easier to play/more boring to spectate, perphaps the latter was the reason for the nerf.
SkyeTested the medic movespeed buff: If the scout on your healbeam dies, you keep moving at scout speed indefinitely (or until you latch onto a slower heal target).
Reaaally hope that's a glitch and not a feature.
Did med really need another buff though, feels like they're trying to make it easier to play with each update.
Also all Valve servers and in-game store seem to be down atm
